Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be edited or canceled. Orders are processed immediately to ensure timely delivery.
Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit or Refund (If applicable). Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of your delivery date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
The 30-day warranty only covers products returned to us within 30 days of purchase. If your pet does not like the product or you have ordered the wrong size/color, we grant you a 40% discount on your next purchase.
Typing errors in personalized products will only be exchanged if the error was caused by ourselves. Please pay attention to what you type.
In the interest of hygiene and our community, the following items can not be returned:
- Customized Products
- Hats and hair accessories unless unworn and the tags still in place.
- Quilts, duvets, pillows, and bedding unless the original packaging remains undamaged and unopened.
- Food and Beverages, unless they are unopened with any seals and shrink-wrap intact.
All returns must include the original invoice or a note referencing your full name, e-mail you provided in the order, and the order number.

DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
You will be responsible for shipping costs on your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
STORE CREDIT (if applicable)
A notification email will be sent out when store credit is processed. If you are returning an item for store credit, it will be reviewed upon receipt, and a credit will be issued if approved.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS(if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, usually 48 hours.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS (if applicable)
We will replace items for you if they are defective or damaged. Please send a picture of the defective or damaged item to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours after delivery for review.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Formydoggo, Foundry House, Waterside Lane, Widnes, Cheshire, WA8 8GT, United Kingdom.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If the item were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'd receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit will be issued to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.
*LIFETIME WARRANTY* for the "Personalized ForMyDoggo Harness."
We offer a maximum of two replacements if the harness is torn or damaged during normal use. Please send a clear picture of the damaged harness to firstname.lastname@example.org and attach your original invoice. Normal wear and tear will not be replaced. If your dog bites on the harness, this is not normal use and is not insured.
