Delays In Shipping Times Due To COVID-19

These are very uncertain times, however we can guarantee that we are focusing on placing health and safety first for all of our customers and team members. All of our facilities are continuing to ensure cleaning and sanitization in all of our facilities.

We would like to apologize for any delays in getting your orders to you. Production, processing and shipping are being impacted by issues across the globe that are beyond our control. The time to wait for your order may vary depending on which country you’re ordering from due to different postal issues worldwide.

We ensure that we are doing our best to maintain regular order shipments and we really do appreciate your patience. Thank you.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, please contact us via email or telephone.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Formydoggo.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes, or return to sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges. We will allow one free resend if the package was returned to sender however, if it gets sent back to us the second time, we will retain the shipping fee incurred. For a 3rd attempt, an invoice will be sent with the shipping price. (Applies to international and domestic orders)

Yes, we ship internationally to all countries around the world.

 

How much does shipping cost?

We offer all customers free Domestic and International Shipping with tracking. Furthermore, no shipping cost & no sales tax - we want your experience with us to be simple and efficient - just the way we like it.

 

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

This depends on the product ordered. When you complete your purchase, you will receive an email containing the shipping time frames to your property based on your country of origin.

Please keep in mind that processing can take 1-3 business days. In most instances, we ship the next business day.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an automatic email once your order is shipped that contains your tracking information.

You will be able to track your order here: http://parcelsapp.com/en (Note: It might take up to 2-5 business days to appear in the carrier's system) If you haven’t received tracking information within 5 days or it doesn't work, No worries. Please contact us, and we'll solve it.

Please note that not all countries are eligible currently for tracking, but we do our best with our suppliers to get this for your country.

 

My tracking says, “no information available at the moment.”

For some shipping companies, it takes 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

 

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

 

What if my order is Damage?

If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at support@formydoggo.com right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 24 hours of a ‘Delivered’ status.
